Meet the Team
Jeremy Schwartz, P.E., S.E., brings over 30 years of diverse engineering experience to Brentwood Solutions Group, spanning both the private and public sectors. A licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia (License #0402065931), North Carolina, and California, and a licensed Structural Engineer in Arizona, Jeremy has a proven track record of executing complex projects—from residential forensic analysis to multi-million dollar infrastructure modernization.
His career includes founding a structural engineering firm where he oversaw design and inspection for projects exceeding $100 million, as well as serving as a Commander in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps. Notably, he managed $2.5 billion in emergency repairs for earthquake-damaged facilities, demonstrating his ability to lead high-stakes structural recovery efforts. Today, Jeremy brings that experience to objective forensic investigations and structural solutions for insurers, attorneys, and property owners.

Harrison Schwartz
Co-Owner & Field Inspector
Harrison performs the site visits for most of BSG’s residential evaluations and manufactured home certifications. He collects the measurements, photos, and meter readings that BSG’s Professional Engineers review before issuing a sealed letter or report. Harrison also owns and operates Brentwood Inspect, BSG’s home inspection company.

Dakota Krist, P.E.
Co-Owner – Mechanical Engineer
Dakota Krist, PE, is a licensed mechanical engineer with a background in alternative energy systems. She earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. At BSG, Dakota supports day-to-day administration and prepares drafting. She is also an experienced owner’s representative and project manager for complex multidisciplinary engineering projects.
